One-night exhibition event
Seductive mythologies of the modern road trip have enticed many seekers to wander through adventures as well as endless expanses of boredom, in search of new encounters, toward transformations both real and romantic.
During the summer of 2013, four international artists explored the American South and South West together. Making stops in Paducah, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; New Orleans, Louisiana; Marfa, Texas; White Sands National Monument, New Mexico; Valley of the Gods, Utah; The Grand Canyon, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada; Joshua Tree National Park, and The Salton Sea, California.
This road trip ends in Chicago, Illinois at Iceberg Projects where Murat Adash (Germany), Naama Arad (Israel), Marie Alice BrandNer-Wolfszahn (Austria), and Oren Pinhassi (Israel) will present new works and new insights.
